Industry update and supply chain issues

Hi alll....if you've been seeing updates from other shops concerning a HUGE development in our industry... it's our time to address it: First off - - please know how very much we appreciate each and everyone of you. When we receive a savings we love to pass our savings onto you. It's how we've earned your business. We've weathered shipping increases, tarriffs, shipment interruptions etc. This next hurdle is a dozy but we are up to the challenge. What is the challenge ? The largest supplier, Notions Marketing, in the arts and crafts industry has closed - at this point for an extended amount if time. I read yesterday that time frame will exeed 6 months. My prayer is - that eventually they will re-open. What does that mean to us? They were our go to for odds and ends or new collections that we only needed a smaller amount of. Our orders always reached the free shipping threshold and we received a discount for being a Crafters Home store. So now we must pivot. When the unexpected shut down occurred we had two orders in the shipping cue that were halted: Sizzix colorize collection and Doodlebug's Color Me Crafty collection. No worries though - we have ordered both of those directly from Sizzix and Doodlebug. We are just waiting now for shipping confirmation. I'm sure all of our Brands are overwhelmed at this time and need to make their own adjustments to this abrupt news. So for those of you with Reserves for those lines - please know we havnt forgotten you. We have those products on order and will be shipping them as soon as we receive them.

We'll need to soruce each of our brands directly and not through our "HUB".

Would love to hear from each of you on what ink pad lines you like to stock. Of course Tim Holtz oxides and regular. We also stock 49 and Market. Any other brands? What about Altenew? I've had a few women in the shop recently asking for Altenew inks and tools.....anyone else want those as well?

We are going to continue moving forward and adjust to the challenges. Please continue to support your stores ~ we NEED you!
