It's another Manic Monday!

Guess what happens in a few days? The winter solstice is this week! I am not a good science person but this I know - it's the day with the least amount if daylight! Clearly we have reached winter here in Western, Pa. I believe it will be in single digits later on this week! However, the Winter Solstice falls a majority of the time on my youngest's birthday , December 21st. This year , Ella will be 15. Not only do we get to celebrate a pretty awesome young lady - we also get a smile knowing the days begin to get a little longer by a smidge moving forward! It's tough having a birthday a few days before Christmas so in our house we only talk birthday fun for these few days! When Ella was younger we convinced her all the pretty lights were for her - to celebrate her!
