We are so thrilled to report Andy Skinner is back! Cosmic Shimmer will now be producing Andy Skinner products including the set of fabulous stamps and stencils we are going to show you below! We are anxiously waiting for them to ship to us ~ however, you may noticed a few of the stamps are in stock. Those handful of stamps are carry over from Creative Expressions. BUT, he's added to the collection!
